Returns

We accept returns on products purchased from our website, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

    Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons, especially for food products such as olive oil)

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Original Shipping: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or an error was made by LELE.

Defective or Damaged Products

​If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@leleoliveoil.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation. You will not be responsible for the shipping costs if the product is damaged upon arrival.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@leleoliveoil.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued or the exchange has been processed.
